Our scholars are given the opportunity to attend elite college preparatory programs, usually in private high schools. While many of the scholars earn some kind of financial aid package, there is often a remaining cost that our families cannot manage on their own. Tuition for an individual scholar can run from $1,000 to $10,000 per year.

Books and Other School Supplies

Our scholars participate in rigorous academic classes that often demand supplies not required by their respective home schools. For example, all of our scholars need to purchase graphing calculators their freshman year. Students also need to purchase books – which is a new experience for them and one that they cannot provide for on their own.

Many of our schools require school uniforms, including uniform shirts, skirts, pants and sweatshirts. We provide these for our scholars.

Extra-Curricular Activities’ Costs

We require that all scholars participate in at least one extra-curricular activity at their respective school. This is to ensure that they become a part of their high school, and also meet the competitive demands for colleges and college scholarships. For this reason, we pay for any fees associated with the activity.
